Why Good Signal exists

Useful feedback should be within reach.

Our mission is simple: help businesses hear what customers experienced, fix what went wrong, and build trust—without making good feedback tools a luxury.

Why we built this

Customer feedback is not a luxury. It is how you learn that a meal was late, a repair was not explained well, or a customer quietly decided not to come back.

Many feedback tools cost far more than a small business can reasonably pay. They are often made for large chains, with features, contracts, and prices that smaller teams do not need.

We built Good Signal because a neighborhood shop, restaurant, hotel, or repair business deserves a simple way to hear customers, fix problems, and earn more public reviews. Pricing should be clear, and businesses that truly cannot afford it should still have a way to take part.

Listen to every customer

Customers choose where their words go. Every review site you add stays available, whatever rating they give.

Welcome every customer

People can share feedback in the language they know best. That is better for customers and gives businesses a clearer picture of what is really happening.

Keep pricing fair

Simple plans, clear limits, and our Community option help smaller businesses get started without a large-company budget.

For larger businesses
